As a family photographer in Santa Barbara, I’ve enjoyed capturing all kinds of sessions. Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to photograph a family on a sailboat, and it was nothing short of magical.

We began with a few easy, posed shots to help everyone settle in, but soon enough, they were fully relaxed, taking in the serenity of the open sea. There was plenty of excitement when we sailed past a dozen harbor seals lounging on buoys.
